Understanding Breastfeeding
Our 2-hour sleep & feeding class covers biologically normal feeding & sleep for newborns, safe sleep guidelines and location options (including safe co-sleeping), how to maximize sleep for yourself and your baby, and learning to read baby’s hunger & sleep cues. We’ll also discuss optimal latch and positioning for breastfeeding/chestfeeding, managing your milk supply, and red flags for feeding & sleep issues (and how to get help if you encounter them!)
This class is technically a part of of our evening and weekend series, but can also be taken as a stand-alone class.
